Rainbow Disability Services is a local Tasmanian NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised disability support. We support people with disability to live meaningful, fulfilling and independent lives — promoting inclusion, respect and choice. Our approach is person-centred, values-driven and tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals and aspirations.
We offer a comprehensive range of NDIS supports including: Personal Care, Daily Living Support, Life Skills Development, Supported Independent Living (SIL), In-Home Care, Companion Care, Community Access & Social Activities, Transport Assistance, Clinical Support & Medication Assistance, Behaviour Support, and Innovative Community Participation. All supports are tailored to your NDIS plan and individual goals.
You can access our services through self-referral or via a third-party referral (such as a support coordinator or healthcare professional). To be eligible, you must hold a current NDIS plan that includes relevant funding and meet our access criteria. Once referred, we will contact you within 1 business day to arrange an intake interview and assessment. If accepted, we'll develop a personalised Service Agreement and Support Plan with you within 7 business days.

You have the right to make informed choices, exercise control over your supports, access services free from abuse or discrimination, and have your personal information kept strictly confidential.
